FAQ Classes
What is your policy on refunds?
All ticket sales for shows are final. Class and workshop refunds will be made on a case by case basis, at our discretion. Please get in touch to discuss your circumstances.
Do I need prior experience for classes?
Nope! Improv is a very accessible artistic form. Our classes are for those who want to try comedy, work on their interpersonal skills, or just meet some new people.
Can I skip to level two if I've done improv before?
We encourage all individuals to start with our Level 1 course to learn the unique process and techniques we celebrate at the theater. However, if you have finished the full curriculum at another theater, you can start at level 2.
How big are the classes?
The maximum class size is 14 to enable individual attention as well as the opportunity to learn by watching others.
Do I need to reserve a spot?
Yes! Most of our beginner’s classes sell out, so we recommend booking a spot as soon as possible. Also keep an eye out for early bird deals.
What if I have to miss a class?
We do not recommend missing more than one class, but we understand that sometimes life happens. That said, each week our teachers review material covered in the previous week, so missing one or two classes is generally not a huge problem.
